fell waaaayyyy off the wagon
I don’t know why it seems like when my personal life is going well that my eating gets TOTALLY out of control. Fast food, candy, sweets you name it. Now I just feel bad, between the physical feelings and guilt. I just don’t know how to stay on track this time around. I have alot of reasons not to be overweight the family history of diabetes and hih blood pressue. I need help……
Hi, Stephanie!! Everyone falls off track sometimes. Now’s the time to learn from your setback and remember how terribly you feel right now when all that bad stuff is calling your name.
